Lab Services

The lab at Lily Products of Michigan was set up many years ago as an extension to customer service. Over the years the lab has evolved but continues to serve customers in four distinct ways.

Quality Control/Assurance-
From the beginning there was a need to ensure that our products were being made to specification and done so every time. This extended into a full blown quality assurance program and finally into ISO 9000 certification. When customers use our products they can be assured that the products have been tested and verified. And, if there is ever a problem, the product can be traced all the way back to the raw materials and their source.

R&D-
Because nothing is ever 100% perfect, we are always striving to make product improvements. Many times improvements (sometimes new products) are the result of comments and suggestions we receive from our customers. We want our customers have the most up to date chemistry and associated technology available. Through partnerships with our raw material vendors and other technical resources, we gain the insight that you may not get from other chemical companies.

Technical Service-
Here at Lily Products we take a hands on approach to technical service. Our technical analysis is always data driven because, when it comes to our customers’ process, we do not believe in guessing. When a situation arises and you need more than reassurance, our lab personnel will be the people you’ll speak with. They may even show up at your door to investigate more thoroughly. If we don’t have an immediate answer, we research until an answer is found and your situation is resolved.    

In House Testing-
Customers are constantly looking for better methods and better chemistry but don’t always have the time for testing at their facility. Our lab assists customers in this endeavor by taking on many of these projects. Whether it is a simple part cleaning evaluation or a more comprehensive process evaluation, our lab is capable of performing these services for you. A sampling of these services is listed below.
